Additional information:
- At the time of Christmas holidays, Easter and the New Year’s Eve the prices are charged as during the time of high season.
- The price does not include the resort taxes in the amount of 3 PLN per person for a day.
- The check-in time starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m.
- Room booking shall be deemed as guaranteed after the client has covered an advance payment amounting to 30% of the value of a given stay. This payment needs to be made within the three-day period from the moment of the initial reservation. The rest of the required amount shall be charged on the day of arrival.
- In the event of cancelling the stay within the period of 7 days before the planned arrival, a full payment for the entire time of the stay shall be required. Cancellation within the period from 7 to 14 days before the planned arrival shall result in the payment of 50 percent of the booked time of stay.
- On the day of arrival, we charge a refundable deposit in the amount of one day of stay.

The location is in a quiet street, but at the same time - very close to the beach and the old town - makes virtually everything accessible in a matter of minutes. The “Solano” guest house - you’ll find here very pretty and comfortable apartments. Everything here is furnished in a modern fashion and tastefully in virtually every - even the tiniest - detail. It is very comfortable and warm. Out apartment with a kitchenette was equipped with tableware, kettle, refrigerator, Tv-set, wireless internet, deck-chairs and beach wind screens. The bathroom was equipped with amazing hotel towels and a hair-dryer. On the area of the facility there is a safe parking space. It is really close to the harbour and the sea and even closer to restaurants offering tasty fish dishes. If it comes to Mrs Milena, she is a very kind owner, who is always quick to offer good advice regarding local tourist and culinary attractions. She is also responsible for professional and competent service for the benefit of all the guests. We recommend it with all our heart. Ustka and Solano…see you next year!

An exceptional place. A brilliant location - everything within your reach. So close to the harbour, restaurant and the beach! It also has an extremely nice owner, Mrs Milena. The rooms here are clean, elegant and well-tended to. The safe, fenced parking place is included in the price of the room. This has been one of our most pleasant stays ever…a fantastic place which is absolutely worthy of recommendation!!
